Ok, I never leave bad reviews but this time...
Ordered a vehicle report, the website said ERROR, try again, so I did, Second time it said ERROR so I gave up. 2 X amount taken from my credit card and no report received for the vehicle.
Still no funds returned to me. Cost $60 and the delay meant I missed out on purchasing the vehicle. Disappointing as I thought as a Trade me partner that these guys would be reputable.
Would never recommend or use this service again.

I would have rated motorweb one-zero stars but they have told me they are refunding my payment, not a lot of use if you happen to miss out on a purchase due to their website being broken for 4 days (but still taking your money!)
I rang them on Friday with no answer and no reply to my message. Emailed also on Friday with no reply until Tuesday, they obviously ignore any complaints even after they have your money..
Thank god there is Carjam, obviously I had to pay again but could get a report on the car I wanted to purchase.
MY RECOMENDATION IS USE CARJAM!!

Was wondering when it kept taking payment then said the web went
down for length of time I couldn't get information tried twice 2 difference days to late now went with the deal hope it don't backfire on me

Exceptionally bad - no response which I later learnt was due to a system issue.
Called - was told would get an instant email which I didn’t - called back many times could not get through
